Chairperson

Paul Egan, solicitor is Of Counsel with Mason Hayes & Curran LLP and former Chair of its Corporate Department. A member of the CLRG since its establishment, Paul was appointed Chairperson in June 2018. Paul is the author and co-author of several texts on Irish and EU company law and securities law: Irish Securities Law (Bloomsbury 2021) Jordans’ Irish Company Secretarial Precedents (Jordan Publishing 2015), European Union Securities Legislation (MHC 2014) and Irish Corporate Procedures (Jordan Publishing 2007). From 2012 to 2018 Paul was a member of the Irish Takeover Panel.
